Coleman Connection Ministry

Qualiifications for Church Lease/Finance Program:

• Recognized Denomination (Baptist, COGIC, Methodist, Assembly of God, etc.)
• Congregation established minimum ten years.
• 125 Active members, minimum
• Verifiable, medium 4-figure average checking account(s) balance
• Documented address, phone number and name of church
• No derogatory credit history

These are standard church program qualifications. Churches meeting all of
the above criteria can be confident of a fast approval.

However, Ervin-Suncoast is very successful in securing approvals for other
churches, which might not meet all of these criteria, with additional
documentation and/or transaction support. These include but are not limited
to: Financial Statements, Personal Guarantees from church officers,
additional credit references, and additional collateral.
